6. Limitation of Liability
Rightoryx provides tools and services to assist in content protection, but we make no guarantees regarding the results of any removal, monetization, or enforcement action. All actions are undertaken at the request and risk of the user submitting the claim.
7. Payment and Refunds
All payments made to Rightoryx for services are non-refundable, even if the requested service is not completed or fully effective. Rightoryx reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold, suspend, or retain any payment if it determines that a request, claim, or usage of the service is improper, fraudulent, or violates our Terms of Service. By using our services, you agree that Rightoryx may exercise this right without liability or obligation to refund any amount.
